Let a friend or family member know you are thinking of them during their hospital stay by sending an electronic Patient Greeting. Your message will be printed and delivered by a member of the Georgetown Memorial Hospital or Waccamaw Community Hospital staff, or a volunteer. To learn more about those helping us provide this service, visit the Volunteering section of our Web site.
To send your Patient Greeting, click on the card of your choice below, and then complete the form. Please avoid using nicknames to ensure that your greeting is processed in a timely manner. We'll do the rest! Greeting cards are printed and delivered daily, Monday through Friday. All messages received Monday through Friday by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be delivered the same day. Messages received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next weekday, except holidays.
Messages received on Fridays after 3:00 p.m. and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday or following weekday (holidays exception).
Messages sent to patients that have been discharged cannot be delivered.
While we will make every effort to deliver your message promptly, technical and other unpredictable circumstances do not permit us to guarantee delivery.
Privacy Notice: Patient Greetings are printed and delivered by hospital volunteers and staff; therefore, they are not confidential.
(An email address is optional, but is very helpful if we need to contact you. It also provides the patient with your contact information.)
*Please provide patient's first and last name so we can deliver your greeting in a timely manner.
There may be a slight delay while your greeting is being processed. Please press "Send Greeting" only once. You will receive a receipt confirmation.
